The only downside was that the pool water was too cold for my liking.

Greatly enjoyed this hotel, had 2 good days here. The pool was very clean, the staff here was very friendly and superfriendly. My beautifully maintained and updated room came with sofa and a refrigerator which was helpful, as example. Its location was unbeatable and excellent, close to a Town Center, and in a tranquil area. Plenty of food for breakfast, everything was great. Was a good base for weekend.

Was on side of building and heard road noise

Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only complaint we had was some of the cable channels were very snowy but this wasn't terribly important.

Nice hotel with great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and free parking. The staff once helped me find a valuable item I lost, which I still remember. I highly recommend staying here, especially for Christmas!

We completely enjoyed our stay so much we were able to book an additional night. Staff and facility was excellent. Will definitely be going back to hit the King of Prussia Mall and another QVC visit!

Place was comfortable and stylish, greatly enjoyed the stay.

Came here for 3 nights with my daughter, had a very positive stay. The service was great, the food was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.The facilities are excellent and the room I had faced the courtyard which was very nice and if the weather had been warmer, it would have been nice to sit out on the little patio. I enjoyed the small bistro for dinner.

If I visit again, I will be sure to request a room away from the outside entrance as it was incredibly loud, especially with people going in and out at all times of the day and night. The bistro was expensive, especially I felt for their breakfast and I was disappointed there was no complimentary coffee available in the lobby as most hotels of this price range offer. Unrelated to the hotel itself, I would like people who are visiting King of Prussia know, that it is not an easy city to get around, even if it has a lot of things to do.

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and inviting. I was even impressed by the outdoor seating area that allowed for some downtime.

Perfect stay for families

The King Room Sofa Bed was spacious and super comfy with useful amenities like a refrigerator and private bathroom. The indoor pool was clean and fun for the kids. We also enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating area. The staff were friendly.

Perfect Spot for a Family Getaway!

The room was spacious and perfect for our family, complete with a comfy sofa bed. The staff were friendly, and we loved exploring the nearby restaurants. Remember to use the front entrance, the side parking can be a bit tricky.

Very comfy beds and great service, but the coffee in the room was terrible.

I appreciated the clean and charming decor of the lobby. The outdoor seating was lovely.

Add a free breakfast option to enhance the stay.
